Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

During launches, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive your tracking details via email or SMS.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Metro Manila: 5–7 business days
• Provincial Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and courier availability.
