Refund policy
If a mistake happens on our end, we'll make it right.
We accept returns or exchanges only if:
- The item received is defective or damaged.
- The incorrect item was sent.
- The incorrect size was sent due to a fulfillment error.
To be eligible:
- Contact us within 2 days of delivery.
- Include your order number.
- Provide a clear photo of the item.
- Provide a clear, unedited unboxing video starting from the moment the sealed pouch is opened.
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference are not accepted. We recommend checking the size guide carefully before placing your order.
